Do I Need a Visa to Visit Central African Republic?

Canadian citizens using a Canadian passport need a visa to visit the Central African Republic.

Nationals of the following countries do not need a visa: ECOWAS countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Congo Rep, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo.

Nationals of the following countries do not need a visa, provided they have travelled from their national country: Cameroon, Chad, Congo DR, Cote d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Israel, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Mauritius, Monaco, Rwanda, Sudan, Switzerland.

All other nationals will need a visa.
