Do I Need a Visa to Visit France?
Canadian citizens using Canadian passports do not require a visa to enter France for tourism or business stays under ninety (90) days.
Nationals of the following countries do not need a visa:
European Union (EU);
Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, CANADA, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, Singapore, UK, Uruguay, USA, Vatican, Venezuela.
All other nationals will need a visa.
France is a signatory of the Schengen area Agreement on border control and visa standardization. The application for a Schengen area visa is the same for all members. Prices vary depending on the country of your first arrival.

NOTE: you will be required to attend an interview to apply for and secure a visa. This may mean travel to a distant consular office. Applications for an interview are only accepted within six weeks of travel. It can take up to three weeks to make a visa determination.
