Do I Need a Visa to Visit Italy?

Canadian citizens using Canadian passports do not need a visa to enter Italy for tourism or business stays under ninety (90) days.

Nationals of the following countries do not need a visa:
European Union (EU);
Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, CANADA, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Korea Rep, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Switzerland, UK, Uruguay, USA, Vatican, Venezuela.

All other nationals not listed will need a visa.

This country is a signatory of the Schengen area Agreement on border control and visa standardization. The application for a Schengen area visa is the same for all members. Prices may vary depending on the country of your first arrival.
