Canadian citizens using a Canadian passport require a visa to visit Madagascar for business, tourism and to go on safari.

BUSINESS VISA - TOURIST VISA

This visa allows the holder to visit on business and as a tourist and to go on safari while in Africa.

Single Entry Visa, valid 60-90 days

Multiple Entry Visa

EXTENDABLE VISA

This visa is for people wishing to stay in Madagascar for more than three (3) months. The visa is initially valid for only thirty (30) days, but is extendable inside Madagascar. The visa is marked as "Transformable and Extendable", and allows the applicant to request a Long Stay Visa from the Ministry of the Interior, Department of Immigration, inside Madagascar.
