Do I Need a Visa to Visit Uganda?

Canadian citizens using a Canadian passport require a visa to visit Uganda for business, tourism or an African safari.

Nationals of the following countries do not need a visa: Angola, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Burundi, Comoros, Cyprus, Eritrea, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Italy (Diplomatic Passport holders only), Jamaica, Ireland, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Malta, Mauritius, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, St Vincent and Grenadines, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe

Nationals of all other countries must apply for a visa.

BUSINESS VISA - TOURIST VISA - TRANSIT VISA

This visa allows the holder to visit on business or as a tourist and to go on safari while in Africa, or to transit through Uganda.
