I called Visa services on a Monday to inquire and was told very politely that the regular processing time can range from three days to several weeks, even months. I explained my unique situation to the representative and he told me that I could try but there were no guarantees. I sent in my paperwork that day and by Thursday of that week, I had a call from the same gentleman letting me know that my Visa was confirmed and in the mail. I was so impressed and thankful that they went out of their way to help me out. Three days later I was on a plane to India to surprise my brother. It was a great experience!"
